Andrew Parker founded Valor & Virtue Coaching LLC after retiring from the United States Army in April 2024, bringing decades of military leadership experience into service of small and medium-sized businesses. The coaching practice channels the discipline, structure, and people-first leadership principles forged over a career in the Army into practical guidance for entrepreneurs and business leaders, with a particular focus on helping lower-income communities build strong, sustainable businesses that generate real economic growth and opportunity.

Alongside this work, Andrew teaches accounting and business courses at several universities, where the classroom becomes a place to challenge students to think carefully about ethical and legal lines in business and accounting practice, always through the lens of a Christian worldview applied to leadership and operations.

Andrew is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration with an Entrepreneurial focus, researching how Christian worldview integrates with the performance and operations of small and medium-sized businesses. That research directly shapes the coaching approach at Valor & Virtue Coaching: leadership and business strategy grounded not just in sound practice, but in conviction.

A frequent preacher in local churches and organizations, Andrew brings the same conviction to the pulpit as to the boardroom:  integrity, service, and purpose are not separate from good leadership, they are the foundation of it.
